Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a full-time Doctor of Optometry to run an independent practice next to an optical dispensary. You will provide high-quality eye care and manage clinical services with professional autonomy.

You decide the patient care approach and own the professional fee schedule, with flexible scheduling including part-time options. The practice offers a furnished office, modern equipment, and access to Luxottica’s resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry with active Minnesota license.
• Experience in eyecare services and patient management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric eye care to patients.
• Operate the doctor’s office as an independent practice alongside an optical dispensary.
• Set and manage your professional fee schedule and patient revenues.
