The role offers complete autonomy with flexible practice arrangements and the option to add part-time commitments. A furnished office, online appointment tools, and onboarding support are included.

Qualifications

• Independent practice license and ability to operate as a private independent practice.
• Deliver high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Maintain patient-focused care with professional autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care next to an optical dispensary.
• Operate your private practice within LensCrafters/Luxottica framework.
• Manage patient flow, exams, and prescribing appropriate eyewear.
• Collaborate with Luxottica team to ensure excellent patient experience.
