Pearle Vision in Ohio is seeking an Associate Doctor of Optometry to join a Subleasing practice. You will provide comprehensive eye care within a private Independent Pearle Vision practice and operate as an employee or contracted doctor with the Subleasing Doctor.

The role emphasizes professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, a fully furnished office with OD equipment, and an automated online appointment book with patient recall to deliver high quality care.

Qualifications

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company imposed restrictions or quotas to meet)
• Flexible scheduling available including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
• Automated on‑line appointment book and patient recall system

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
