Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to practice within a Target Optical Subleasing Doctor’s office. You will deliver comprehensive eye care services and work as part of a private independent practice with flexible scheduling options.

The arrangement allows full scope of practice with professional autonomy, using OD equipment and a full suite of tools. Compensation includes a competitive mix of pay, benefits, and potential bonuses or commissions.

Qualifications

• Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica).
• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with Subleasing Doctor.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Utilize the Revolution EHR and patient recall systems where applicable.
