Job summary

AOIA is seeking a passionate OB/Gyn to join our established, independent practice in Southern New Hampshire. We offer flexible scheduling, with the option of a traditional OB/Gyn workflow or a laborist model, tailored to your preferences.

Expect about 600 deliveries per year at Elliot Hospital with Level 3 NICU support. Our hospital provides robotic surgery capabilities and in-office procedures such as hysteroscopy, LEEP, and endometrial ablation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/Gyn.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work with flexible scheduling and model options.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/Gyn care with flexibility between traditional practice and laborist model.
• Manage a caseload of ~600 deliveries per year at Elliot Hospital.
• Collaborate with Level 3 NICU, anesthesia and MFM as needed.
• Perform in-office procedures including hysteroscopy, LEEP and endometrial ablation.
• Support robotic surgery initiatives and provide patient‑centered care.
