Job summary

Holzer Health System in Ohio is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner for Jackson Family Practice PBB. The role supports patient care at Jackson and Oak Hill with a full-time, day-shift schedule (7a-4p Monday-Thursday at Jackson, and 7a-4p at Oak Hill).

The APRN/NP will manage health problems, coordinate care, and operate within the scope defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing, ensuring adherence to nursing standards of care and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Ohio or WV (as applicable).
• Current APRN licensure in the state of practice.
• DEA registration for scheduled substances (II–V).
• ACLS and PALS may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Manage health problems and coordinate patient care.
• Provide healthcare within the scope of practice and standards of care.
• Collaborate with collaborating physician(s) and nursing/administrative leadership.
