Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing with NP certification.
• Texas APRN licensure.
• Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice care to high-risk neonates in NICU.
• Document services and collaborate with care teams.
• Supervise support staff and participate in QA activities.
• Mentor NP students, fellows, residents and learners.
• Ensure communication during transitions of care.
