Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Rockingham County, NH and surrounding communities. You control your own schedule and routing as a 1099 field inspector, with pay per inspection and potential to earn $25–$35 per hour equivalent based on efficiency.

You’ll perform exterior occupancy verifications, capture 9+ photos, and submit reports via mobile apps. A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications
