Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience.
• Self-sourced producers with realtor/referral networks.
• Holds an active NMLS registration and is eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience originating conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source borrowers and close loans leveraging multiple lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors and referral partners.
• Manage pipeline and grow referral network using Leadling platform.
