The role supports self-sourced professionals who manage their pipeline, strengthen Realtor relationships, and leverage Leadling’s platform for marketing and referrals, with a 100% commission

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officers with 1+ year of experience.
• Self-sourced producers with ability to build realtor relationships.
• Experience maintaining relationships with realtors and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Originate conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or non-QM loans where applicable.
• Manage pipeline and close loans through a national platform.
• Grow referral networks and client base with a flexible business model.
