Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated personal trainers for in-person, mobile sessions in clients' homes and local locations. Build your client base, control your schedule, and travel to opportunities you choose within your preferred service areas.

As an independent contractor, you will select client engagements, determine travel areas, and maintain your own fitness business while receiving support through Svetness for scheduling and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on goals, needs, preferences, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely and within your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment as needed for engagements.
• Complete platform records for scheduling, billing, and client communications.
• Retain control over exercises, programming, progressions, and coaching approach.
