As an independent contractor, you choose client opportunities, set your schedule and service area, and deliver training with your professional judgment. Sessions occur at client homes, offices, parks, or community spaces. This is not remote work, and there are no guaranteed earnings.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on professional judgment and client goals.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within qualifications.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use appropriate professional exercise equipment for engagements.
• Complete platform records for scheduling, verification, billing and safety reporting.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when disclosed and accepted.
