Job summary

First Command Financial Services, Inc. is seeking Financial Advisors to coach military families towards financial security.

You’ll guide plans, assets, and protections while engaging with local military communities and district teams. The role includes training and licensing support, sponsorship for licensing, and progression to paid roles with opportunities to run your own practice through a commission-based model and deferred compensation.

Qualifications

• Military experience or affiliation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven leadership skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as personal coach to military families, developing evolving financial plans to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Guide military families on day-to-day finances, asset building, and risk protection.
• Engage with the community to attract new clients with local district teams and Home Office support.
• Partner with local military organizations and units to connect with the military community.
• Help families build comprehensive financial plans covering savings/banking, investments/wealth management, and insurance/risk management.
