Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join its provider network across the US, delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families. In-person care is strongly preferred, with virtual options available, and a streamlined scheduling and billing process.

Requirements include a Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track and an unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD).

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) to practice independently without supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families; strong preference for in-person care in WA.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborate with Lyra's provider network and participate in clinical consultations as needed.
• Manage risk, respond to crises, and maintain client records with professional standards.
