Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join its provider network in Texas. You will deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with opportunities for in-person sessions and strong administrative support.

We offer training and clinical consultations, a streamlined invoicing process, and access to Lyra’s calendar and messaging tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Unrestricted license to practice independently in the US.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Ability to provide in-person care in the Texas area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Prefer in-person client care with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s scheduling, billing, and support resources.
• Participate in clinical consultations and professional development.
• Manage risk and respond to crises as needed.
