Job summary

Bles Wellness and Apparel is seeking a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking system. Your own clients remain yours; referrals through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership.

Qualifications

• Active massage therapy license.
• A professional space to see clients.
• Strong customer service skills — you're building ongoing client relationships, not one-off sessions.
• Experience booking and managing your own client schedule.
• A business owner mindset — you're running your own practice, not clocking in as an employee.
