Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking independent contractor inspectors to perform on-site risk evaluations for a variety of commercial properties. You will inspect locations, document conditions, and provide comprehensive reports with measurements, photographs, and recommendations.

Typical work involves 60-mile recruitment radius areas nationwide, with weekly payments per completed report based on client specifications and program needs. Background checks are required for assignment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Contractors with expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6) and general liability.
• Experience conducting on-site inspections for property and general liability risks.
• Ability to produce clear, comprehensive inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of retail, offices, churches, restaurants, and multi-family properties.
• Prepare clear, concise reports including exterior measurements, photos, observations and recommended actions.
• Summarize current conditions and any visible hazards in an organized report.
