Qualifications

• Experience with construction classifications (ISO 1–6) and general liability coverage.
• Strong ability to assess risk and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and document exterior measurements, photos, and conditions.
• Prepare clear, concise reports outlining observations and recommendations.
• Provide timely reports to clients per assignment requirements.
