Job summary

Community Resources For Justice, Inc. in Athol, MA is seeking a full-time Residential Counselor to support individuals in our programs. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications in the allotted time.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills including goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining safety.
• Administer medications and complete documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
