Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Minnesota to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, pursue personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives.

As part of our team you will build trusting relationships, provide daily living support, advocate for people you support, and help create meaningful experiences at home and in the community, guided by our Mission First, One AbleLight, and Christian Love values.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Dependable and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
