Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Requires high school diploma or GED.

• Willingness to work with individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, and assist individuals in developing independent daily living skills.
• Coordinate health and medical needs for individuals.
• Support individuals with community participation and daily living activities.
• Provide training in budgeting and personal finance.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
• Assist with transportation and scheduling as needed.
• Supervise and support individuals in achieving goals and progress reports.
