Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensure not required; LMSW/LSW preferred.
• Minimum three years in social services with supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to staff.
• Direct youth in placement and ensure program quality.
• Oversee division compliance and financial budget.
• Lead division team and conduct monthly supervision.
• Recruit, interview and develop staff; provide training.
