Colonial Group in San Diego County is seeking an Independent Living Professional (ILP) to work one-on-one with individuals, helping them develop independent living skills, access resources, and achieve personal goals. You will empower clients to make choices, build confidence, and gain self-sufficiency with supported guidance.

A typical day includes teaching budgeting, cooking, self-care, helping access community services, documenting progress, and collaborating with support teams.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

About the Role:

As an Independent Living Professional (ILP), you'll work one-on-one with individuals to develop independent living skills, access community resources, and achieve personal goals. Your role is to empower clients to make choices, build confidence, and gain self-sufficiency while ensuring they have the support they need.

The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.

Schedule: Varies

Location: San Diego County & North County

• Valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred).
