High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without constant oversight.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents in desperate need to make money
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads
• Agents requiring hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and effectively
• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are distinct from traditional life insurance companies selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
