Job summary

Lyra is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to join its provider network for in-person and virtual therapy across the US. The role includes delivering evidence-based treatments to children, adults, couples, and families, with strong support for clients and administrative ease.

Clinicians will work with a match-driven system, receive training and clinical consultation, and have access to scheduling and quick payments. Missouri-based office presence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent) to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families (in Missouri).
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
