Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking independently licensed clinical therapists to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families within the Lyra provider network. Clinicians can work in private or group practices with a strong preference for in-person care in the California area.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) without disciplinary action.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with strong preference for in-person care delivery.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in California area.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for clients across ages and relationships.
• Work with clients in person when possible, with flexibility for private or group practice settings.
• Coordinate with Lyra’s platform for scheduling, invoicing, and payments, and utilize clinical consultations as needed.
• Maintain high-quality standards for care and participate in ongoing professional development.
