STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in Greenville, SC to cover local client requests for private lessons. We provide the clients; you run the sessions on your own schedule, coach at the client’s preferred location, and get paid after each session.

You control your methods, territory, and pace, with no quotas. Payments are made per completed session, and you can expect 1099-NEC at year end if you meet earnings thresholds. Liability coverage options are available.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check before receiving full client details.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ team.
• Professional and confident working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsabilités

• Coach private lacrosse sessions for clients in Greenville area.
• Review and accept client offers; coach at client-chosen locations.
• Deliver drills, lesson plans, and coaching style tailored to each client.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Manage bookings and schedule with clients via STXZ platform.
