GoIntellects Inc. is seeking a Juvenile Justice Oversight Director for a long-term government contract in Washington, DC.

The role provides independent monitoring, investigation, and reporting on DYRS facilities to improve safety and service access for youth. Under OFC Ombudsperson supervision, you will conduct site visits, review facility operations, investigate complaints, and track compliance with ROAD Act and related court orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in juvenile justice, social work, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular onsite visits to DYRS facilities and monitor youth outcomes.
• Investigate complaints and assess safety and service delivery.
• Track adherence to ROAD Act and Jerry M Work Plan goals.
• Prepare quarterly reports and corrective recommendations.
• Coordinate with district agencies to plan systemic improvements.
