Job summary

An independent hospital in Minnesota is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their primary care team. Work where practice autonomy, lifestyle balance, and excellent support come together, including a 4-day work week and 6+ weeks of PTO.

Compensation includes a base salary of $325,000–$400,000, plus production bonuses and incentives, with total earnings potential to $450,000. A $100,000 signing bonus and up to $250,000 in retention or loan repayment are available.

Responsibilities

• Autonomy to build your practice your way, with ample time to establish meaningful patient relationships
• Moderate patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
• Dedicated nurse and exam rooms
• Ability to incorporate procedures and scopes into your practice
• 4-day work week with 6+ weeks of PTO and light call schedule
