The role offers autonomy with meaningful training and mentorship, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a weekly base draw during startup. Prior sales experience and a license pathway are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain state health insurance license with company guidance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Comfort using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with local business owners to provide consultative insurance solutions.
