Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for flexible, part-time or full-time engagement.

Contractors will survey both residential and commercial properties, take photos, collect details, and submit reports online through a PC/desktop. Strong organizational skills and reliable transportation are required; training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable car and valid driver’s license.
• Must run Windows 10 or newer on a computer.
• Smartphone or digital camera for photos.
• Stable home internet connection.
• Basic computer and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Survey residential and commercial properties for insurance purposes.
• Take photographs and record property details and conditions.
• Prepare reports in a timely manner and submit online via PC/desktop.
