COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents operate as independent contractors, growing an established book of business across property and casualty, life, and health lines. They educate clients, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors, and have the flexibility to balance work with personal interests.

With no buy-in and an opportunity for performance-based rewards, agents build a self-directed practice while serving communities across multiple states, leveraging a strong brand heritage.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientation to grow a commercial book of business.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about products and services.
• Commitment to linking effort with tangible rewards in a client-focused environment.
• Passionate about making positive impacts in communities COUNTRY serves.
• Licenses: Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses required or the ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage an established book of business across COUNTRY Financial® product lines.
• Educate clients and prospects about financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of offerings.
• Establish an office and build a team as appropriate in a self-employed framework.
