Job summary

COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents operate as independent contractors who build and grow an established book of business across our full line of products. They enjoy the autonomy to manage their schedules and educate clients about COUNTRY Financial solutions.

Agents partner with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors and may establish offices and staff, leveraging a 100-year brand heritage and a broad product suite to serve communities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diversify income across property & casualty, life and health lines.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff.
• Grow an established book of business across COUNTRY Financial product lines.
