American Family Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to become Agents. As independent contractors, you’ll own your agency’s operations, drive sales, and grow a locally trusted portfolio while protecting customers’ dreams.

You’ll hire and lead your team, work with a local marketing group, and pursue strategic business goals with support from American Family. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life insurance, plus background checks, are required.

Formación

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your agency's overall operations, sales, and growth.
• Hire and develop a team to meet strategic goals.
• Represent American Family and its products exclusively.
• Work with a local team providing marketing support and consultations.
