You will lead a local team, drive sales, and meet strategic goals with training and support from a local team, including marketing and prospecting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated motivation and drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Willingness to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life licenses.
• Independent contractor expectation with agency ownership responsibilities.
