The ideal candidate has leadership experience, solid sales and communications skills, and a plan to grow revenue through effective service and cross-selling of auto, home, life, and business

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams or a business
• Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives
• Current P&C and Life licenses or willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an independent Alfa-branded agency
• Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients
• Oversee daily operations including sales and customer service
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Promote Alfa’s auto, home, life and business insurance products
