Job summary

AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. Earn unlimited income through a 100% incentive-based compensation structure, with new-business and renewal commissions and additional bonus programs.

You will own 100% economic interest after 36 months and have access to complementary lead programs. You will build a multi-line agency selling Auto, Home, Renters, Liability, and AAA memberships, with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health are preferred; willing to obtain at candidate's expense.
• Must be willing to invest capital – $75K – and pass background/credit checks.
• Able to build and manage a multi-line insurance agency and AAA memberships.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle and Commercial Lines.
• Offer AAA Memberships and access to brokered products from carriers.
• Build and manage a compliant AAA-branded agency and recruit staff as needed.
