Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Diversify income through our portfolio of property & casualty, life & health lines.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products.
• Establish an office and build a staff.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years in insurance/financial services

5+ years business ownership/management
