You choose locations, control your availability, and maintain your own fitness business while providing personalized training services. Independent contractor status means no guaranteed clients or earnings.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to safely provide personal training services
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services
• Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client\'s goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials
• Maintain required certifications and credentials
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes
• Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement
