Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated independent personal trainers to deliver in-home, personalized fitness services. This mobile, in-person role lets you choose client opportunities, set your service area, and control your schedule and approach.

You’ll design programs, travel to client locations, maintain certifications, and manage sessions with clients directly through Svetness’s platform. Earnings are per session with no guaranteed minimums.

Qualifications

• Recognized personal training certification or other qualifying fitness credential.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement, except where equipment is available at the client’s location or specific equipment arrangements are agreed upon for that engagement.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.
