As an independent contractor, you choose your service area, schedule, and coaching approach while maintaining your own fitness business outside of Svetness.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognized personal training certification or equivalent credential.
• CPR/AED certification when applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Successful completion of credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on goals, needs, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely and within qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment as appropriate.
• Complete platform records for scheduling, billing, and communications.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when disclosed and accepted.
