Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated personal trainers to deliver in-home, personalized fitness experiences. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment, offering mobility, flexibility, and professional growth.

Trainers select client opportunities, determine service areas, control availability, and coach using their professional judgment. Travel to client locations is required, with no guaranteed earnings or typical hours.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Successful completion of credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement, except where equipment is available at the client’s location or specific equipment arrangements are agreed upon for that engagement.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.
