Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to operate in Midlothian/Richmond, VA. You’ll be paid $35/hr+ based on experience, with commission and bonuses, and you’ll have a company vehicle, gas card, and phone provided. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, and PTO/holidays.

You’ll work independently on home-dispatched service calls and potentially high earnings. We value 4+ years of residential HVAC experience, plus the ability to service commercial kitchen

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC experience and ability to hit the ground running.
• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential systems.
• Ability to diagnose electrical problems and understand refrigeration circuits.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Run service calls and handle basic replacements.
• Document jobs with photos while out in the field.
• Work independently or as part of a team on dispatches and customer sites.
