Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an LPN to join our Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office. This private duty role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality in-home care with autonomy in the client's home and, when appropriate, at school.

Expect weekly pay, flexible scheduling, real-time access to open shifts, scholarship opportunities, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. Travel to a nearby client is required, with proper documentation of orders and ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN).

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school.

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

One year of nursing experience (LPN or RN) preferred
