Job summary

Innovative Dental & Orthodontics in Oviedo, Florida is seeking an experienced General Dentist for a private practice with growth opportunities. The role emphasizes comprehensive dentistry, independent practice with mentorship from a Board Certified prosthodontist, and collaboration with specialists.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with an active Florida license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Comfortable independently managing a general dentistry schedule.
• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills.
• Endodontics, surgical extractions, implant restoration or advanced restorative dentistry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Direct and indirect restorative dentistry.
• Crown and bridge procedures.
• Fixed and removable prosthodontics.
• Routine extractions and other procedures within demonstrated competency.
• Patient education and clear presentation of treatment recommendations.
• Collaboration with the clinical team to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintaining excellent clinical standards, documentation, and patient communication.
