No prior garage door experience is required as training is provided, and contractors set their own schedules while earning uncapped commissions. The company covers initial hardware and equipment needs and pays weekly.

Qualifications

• Must own a pickup truck that is 20 years old or newer.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to service jobs within an agreed-upon service area.
• Willingness to attend an initial 10-Day training session in Fort Worth, TX.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders up to 8 feet.
• Remove and haul away old garage doors and equipment.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and work order updates.

OGD Overhead Garage Door is seeking motivated and dependable independent contractors to join our team as Independent Residential Garage Door Technicians. In this 1099 contractor role, you will provide garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential customers while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Compensation & Contractor Information:

• 1099 independent contractor position

• Paid training provided — no prior garage door experience required

$1,200 - $1,700 a week
