COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious financial advisors contracted as COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to help clients prepare for life’s planned and unexpected moments with a broad portfolio of insurance and financial services.

As independent contractors, advisors run their own businesses with strong corporate support, ongoing training, and resources. They will educate clients, collaborate with COUNTRY Insurance Agents, and build local offices while balancing career and personal life.

Qualifications

• Series 6/63 licenses required; Life/Health State Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Property/Casualty State Insurance License required.
• These licenses may be obtained after contract decision; license readiness is essential when moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Diversify income through multiple product lines beyond financial services.
• Educate clients about COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Insurance Agents to secure business.
• Establish an office and build a staff to support clients.
