COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious financial advisors in Vancouver, WA to own and grow a client-focused practice. As COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors, you’ll operate as an independent contractor with support from COUNTRY’s 100-year brand heritage.

You will diversify income across insurance and financial products, educate clients, collaborate with COUNTRY Insurance Agents, establish an office, conduct seminars, and balance your schedule.

Qualifications

• Series 6/63 licenses required for eligibility.
• SIE passage required.
• Life/Health State Insurance License required.
• Property/Casualty State Insurance License required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; otherwise equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in insurance/financial services; 5+ years in ownership/management.

Responsibilities

• Diversify income across multiple product lines beyond financial services.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Insurance Agents to secure business.
• Establish an office and build a staff as an independent contractor.
• Conduct financial solution seminars for clients and prospects.
• Balance career and personal commitments with flexible scheduling.
