First Command is hiring Financial Advisors to coach military families in personal financial planning, aiming to secure short- and long-term goals. You will guide day-to-day finances, asset-building, and risk protection, while actively engaging with the military community to bring in new clients.

The role includes comprehensive training and licensing to obtain securities and Life & Health licenses, with a path from paid trainee to a funded salaried position and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Military experience or affiliation required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coach military families on evolving financial plans to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Guide families in daily finances, asset-building, and risk protection.
• Engage with local military organizations and district teams to attract clients.
• Partner with military units and institutions to connect with the military community.
• Help clients build plans covering savings, investments, and insurance.
