Job summary

NWS in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Field Technician to manage FreshPure water machines across a defined route as an independent contractor. You’ll keep machines clean, stocked, and reported, while controlling your own schedule and time.

This role offers a consistent, scheduled route with fixed hourly pay. You’ll receive supplies and support from the home office, and no prior water-system experience is required to get started.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone with camera for photo submissions.
• Attention to detail—follow the checklist every time.
• No experience in water systems required.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores weekly (or biweekly) to service FreshPure machines.
• Clean and disinfect the machine inside and out.
• Take meter readings and log data on your service report.
• Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit.
• Submit your completed report to the home office when you’re done.
• Call in anything that looks off—damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual.
